Lifetime Warranty: Replating & Repairing

This lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in our 925 silver jewellery under normal use and care. It also includes:

  • Free Replating: We will replate your jewellery at no cost to you for the lifetime of the product.
  • Free Minor Repairs: We will repair minor defects, such as broken clasps or soldered joints, without charge.

However, the warranty does not cover:

  • Lost Stones: If stones are lost due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage, you will be charged for replacement.
  • Damage Caused by Misuse or Abuse: This includes deliberate damage, accidental breakage, or neglect.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any alterations made to the jewellery by a third party may void the warranty.
  • Damage Caused by Non-Compliance with Care Instructions: Failure to follow the provided JEWELLERY CARE GUIDE may result in damage not covered by the warranty.

Please note:

  • We charge a ‘To & Fro’ shipping charge of Rs. 199/- for pick up and delivery of your jewellery.
  • If you send your jewellery to us (self-courier), there's a one-time fee of ₹99 for return shipping. But if you pick it up from our office after it's fixed, there's no extra charge.
  • It is important to note that the lifetime replating service is exclusively available for sterling silver plated items and is subject to the discretion of MORUNO & CO. Items not made of sterling silver plating may not be eligible for the replating service.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer care (Email: Wecare@moruno.co, Whats App: +91 9833736333) as soon as you discover the defect/ damage. You will be asked to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice)
  • A detailed description of the defect, including photos if possible
  • The original product packaging

Warranty Remedies

At our discretion, we will replate, repair, or replace the defective jewellery at no cost to you, subject to the exclusions stated above.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewellery.
  • We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if we determine that the jewellery has been damaged due to factors outside of our control.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.

Additional Terms

  • This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • The warranty is void if the jewellery has been altered, modified, or tampered with in any way.
  • We may revise or modify this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
